From Life to the Page: A Memoir Workshop for Writers Ready to Begin

Tuesday, August 4
1:30pm - 2:30pm
Leelanau Township Office

From Life to the Page: A Memoir Workshop for Writers Ready to Begin is designed for first-time memoirists embarking on a book-length project intended for public readership. Through a structured series of writing exercises, participants will jumpstart their creativity, build a clearer roadmap for their manuscript, and lay essential groundwork for eventually pitching agents or presses. The workshop is designed to meet new writers with encouragement and expertise — so you'll leave not only with practical tools in hand, but with renewed belief in the promise of your unique story.
